  • All HealthKit data is processed locally on your Apple Watch or iPhone.
  • We do not transmit, store, or share this data externally.
  • You can manage or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in the Apple Health app.

  • To provide stress monitoring and health coaching functionality.
  • To generate personalized recovery insights.
  • To analyze anonymized, aggregated data to improve app features and performance.

4. Data Storage and Security

All information processed by the App remains stored locally on your device.

We apply reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of local data.

5. Refund Requests and Data Sharing with Apple

To help Apple process refund requests for in-app purchases made in the App, we may share certain information about your purchase and app usage with Apple. This may include app usage associated with the purchase, whether the purchase was consumed or not, subscription status, and anonymized device identifiers. Where this information qualifies as personal data under applicable privacy laws, we will only share it with Apple upon your explicit consent. The App is not intended for users under the age of 13.
