Harvee Terms of Use

Thank you for using Harvee ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, adapt, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
  • Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used to provide the App.

2. Subscriptions

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

  • Payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID account.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide within the App is accurate and up to date.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the App.
